TICKETS AND PASSES

You must have a valid ticket or pass for your entire journey. Please check that the ticket issued to you by our driver has the correct details.
You are required to purchase a ticket prior to your journey or upon boarding to enable travel on any of our services, if you do not, you will be charged an on the spot penalty fine of £20.00 and this could result in prosecution.

FARES

A high percentage of our services are exact fare only. If you are unfamiliar with the local services we provide, please check our fares before travelling as drivers do NOT carry change.

SENIOR CITIZENS

Senior Citizens must hold a valid concessionary bus pass to travel free. Full adult fare will be charged unless the correct pass is presented to the driver at time of boarding.

CHILD FARES

Children travel free under the age of 5 years. Any child between the age of 5 - up to 15 years will be charged a child fare. (Thereafter 16+ is charged an adult fare). Proof of age maybe requested by the driver.

ACCIDENTS

In the unlikely event you do witness an accident, please make yourself known to the driver and provide him/her with your contact details.

WHEEL CHAIR USERS

Wheelchair users can travel free if they hold a valid local council concessionary pass. If possible, position yourself to the front of the queue, this will make it easier for the driver to see you. The driver will lower the suspension on the bus and then lower the ramp to enable you to board. It is best to board forwards. Position yourself in the wheelchair space with your back against the backrest and your brake on to make sure your chair doesn't move when the bus does. The driver will retract the ramp and the remaining passengers can board. Drivers can be requested to assist with the boarding of a wheelchair but will not accept responsibility for damage or injury caused.

USAGE OF PERSONAL ITEMS

All passengers are reminded the use of any personal items during your journey (including laptops) are at their own risk. Courtney Coaches does not accept any liability for any damages caused during transit and would recommend personal items are stored.
